How we contact you
- Email: only to business addresses at limited companies and LLPs. We do not send unsolicited marketing email to sole traders or partnerships. Every email says who we are and how to opt out.
- Phone: only after screening the number against the Telephone Preference Service, the Corporate Telephone Preference Service and our own suppression list.
- LinkedIn: only in a non-promotional way.
We do not use tracking pixels or link tracking in our emails. This website sets no cookies and uses no analytics.
Opting out
Reply "no thanks" to any email, or email contact@nevermissedajob.co.uk. We stop straight away. You have an absolute right to object to direct marketing. We keep only enough detail (your name, company and contact details) on a suppression list to make sure we never contact you again.
Missed-call audits
If you share call history with us for an audit, we act as your processor under our audit agreement. We use it only to produce your audit, we do not contact your callers, only our director sees it, it reaches us by email and we save it to an encrypted device and delete the email copy straight away, it is not put into any cloud storage or AI tool, and we delete it within 30 days of giving you the audit.
How long we keep it
- Prospect details: up to 12 months from our last contact if you don't reply, then deleted.
- Enquiry details: up to 12 months from our last contact if you don't become a client. If you do, our client agreement and data processing agreement apply.
- Suppression list: for as long as we market our services.
- Audit call history: deleted within 30 days of giving you the audit.
Who else sees it
We share it only with providers that help us run our business and act on our instructions:
- Our email provider: Namecheap Private Email.
- Our spreadsheet or contact list tool: [SPREADSHEET TOOL].
- Our website host: Cloudflare (Cloudflare, Inc.), which may keep short-lived server logs (such as IP addresses) for security.
We do not sell your data or share it for anyone else's marketing.
Transfers outside the UK
Some of these providers may store or process data outside the UK. Where they do, the transfer is covered by UK adequacy regulations or appropriate safeguards such as the International Data Transfer Agreement or the UK Addendum to the EU standard contractual clauses. Ask us for details.
