What happens when you miss a call

1. You miss a call. Your phone diverts the unanswered call to your own Never Missed a Job number. You keep your normal number.
2. They get a text within seconds, from your firm's name. No robot voice ever answers your phone.
3. It gets the details by text or WhatsApp: name, postcode, the job and how urgent it is.
4. Emergencies come first. Gas smells, sparks and leaks get proper safety advice (including the 0800 111 999 gas emergency number) and an urgent alert to you. These never go to the AI.
5. You get one clear alert by text and email. The customer gets your booking link or a call-back time.
6. Prices and quotes stay with you. It never quotes, promises times or diagnoses.
7. You text back BOOKED and the value. Each month you get a report of the work recovered, in pounds, that you've confirmed.

Annual: pay 12 months upfront, get 2 months free. Catch £1,950, Convert £3,950, Grow £6,950 a year. Setup still applies. Annual prepay: if your fee stops under the guarantee, prepaid months are not refunded; your service simply continues free until the 3x target is hit.

Founding clients: Limited to 4 founding clients. They get the setup fee waived in exchange for a case study and two introductions to other trades, with the monthly price locked for 24 months.

Recovered work is measured as jobs booked via the system, confirmed by the owner in the monthly report, at the owner's invoiced value. On Convert, that's £3,555 of work by day 90 for a founding client (3x £1,185 of monthly fees), or £6,540 if the £995 setup was paid. Conditions: your call divert stays on, you reply to leads we pass you within 4 working hours, and you answer the Monday one-minute check and confirm the monthly report.

Questions owners ask

Will my customers know it's automated?

Yes. The first text says it's your automated assistant. It doesn't pretend to be a person.

Is this an AI receptionist?

No. Nothing answers your phone. Callers get a text from your firm's name, and anything tricky comes to you. AI is used behind the scenes to read replies, pick out the details and suggest the next question. Fixed rules make every decision.

What if someone reports a gas leak?

Safety messages never go to the AI. They get a fixed message with the National Gas Emergency number and you get an urgent alert.

Will it quote prices?

No. Prices, quotes and call-out times always come from you.

Do I need new software or a new number?

No. You keep your number and your job software. Unanswered calls divert to your Never Missed a Job number. You can turn the divert off any time.

What about landlines?

Landlines can't get texts, so you get an alert with the number to call back.

How long does setup take?

Usually about a week, mostly waiting for your number to be approved in your business name. The setup session with you is under 2 hours.

What do I do each week?

Answer the leads it passes you, and reply to the Monday text with what booked. About a minute.

Are there extra running costs?

No. Texts, your number and AI costs are included at normal volumes.

What if I want to leave?

After the 90-day proof period, give 30 days' notice. You keep the number, the WhatsApp account and the lead log. I hand everything over within 5 working days.
